Jungkook, a member of the group BTS, ranked No. 1 in the initial sales of solo singers' albums.

According to Hanteo Chart, a Korean record sales aggregation site, Jungkook's solo album "Golden," released on the 3rd of last month, sold a total of 2,438,483 million copies as of midnight.

"Golden" became a "million seller" by selling 1 million copies within about 3 hours of its release, and became a "double million seller" by selling more than 2 million copies within 5 hours. K-pop solo albums sold 2,147,289 copies on the same day, the highest record ever.

Following his appearance on NBC's "Today Show," Jungkook is currently turning the U.S. into a "golden color" by performing TSX guerrilla performances.
